1. Agreement
By inviting nyro, using the dashboard, or visiting the website, you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the copyright notice in section 9. If you manage a server, you are responsible for making sure your server's use of nyro follows these terms and Discord's own rules.
2. Using nyro
nyro provides Discord server tools such as moderation, security (antinuke, antiraid and automod), logging, automation, tickets, giveaways, levels, invite tracking, and dashboard configuration. Features may change over time as the bot is improved.
- Do not use nyro to harass, spam, raid, scam, or abuse Discord users or communities.
- Do not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits in the bot or dashboard.
- Only configure nyro in servers where you have permission to manage bot settings.
3. Automated actions
nyro's security features act automatically, for example by removing roles, kicking, banning, timing out, or deleting messages, based on the thresholds and whitelists your server staff configure. Server staff are responsible for those settings and for placing nyro's role correctly in their role hierarchy. nyro cannot guarantee that every attack or abuse is detected or reversed.
4. Dashboard access
The dashboard uses Discord login so nyro can show servers you are allowed to manage. You are responsible for actions made from your logged-in Discord account. Log out on shared devices.
5. Server content
Server owners and staff control the content and settings they create with nyro. This includes custom messages, embeds, automations, forms, logs, and any text entered into dashboard fields.
6. Premium
Premium unlocks higher limits and extra tools for selected servers. Premium access, pricing, and included features may change. If a payment fails, is refunded, or expires, premium-only systems may be paused while the saved settings remain available where possible.
7. Availability
nyro is provided as-is. We work to keep the bot stable, but uptime, response time, and feature availability can be affected by maintenance, Discord outages, hosting issues, or abuse prevention.
8. Suspension or removal
We may limit access, remove nyro from a server, disable dashboard access, or block use when the bot is abused, security is at risk, or these terms are violated.
9. Copyright and use of the website
The nyro website (nyro.one) and the dashboard are protected by copyright. Unless it says otherwise, everything on them belongs to nyro: the design and layout, the text, the graphics, the logo and images, the structure of the pages, and the source code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). © 2026 nyro. All rights reserved.
Without written permission from nyro, you may not:
- copy, clone, mirror, scrape, republish or redistribute the website or any of its pages, in whole or in part;
- reuse the design, layout, text, images, logo or code of the website or the dashboard in another website, bot, app or product;
- build a site or dashboard that imitates the look and feel of nyro in a way that could confuse people;
- frame the website, or embed its pages in other sites, so that they look like they belong to someone else;
- remove or change copyright notices, credits or branding;
- use automated tools to copy the website or its content (normal search engine indexing is fine).
You are welcome to visit the website, link to it, share a link, and quote short parts of the text with a clear credit to nyro and a link back.
The name nyro and the nyro logo may not be used in a way that suggests a connection with nyro that does not exist.
Some things on the website belong to others and stay theirs, for example Discord's names and logos, and fonts that are used under their own licences. Content that server owners create with nyro stays theirs, as described in section 5.
If we find a copy of the website or its content, we may ask the hosting provider, the domain registrar and search engines to remove it (for example with a takedown notice under the DMCA or similar laws), block access, and take other legal steps. If you find a copy, please tell us in the support server.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated when nyro changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the nyro support server.
